2, That Mia chick from Samurai Troopers (Ronin warriors)

3, Mylene Jenius, from Macross 7

4, Reika "Vision" Chang, from Bubblegum Crisis

5, Pai Chan, from Virtua Fighter

6, The three girls from the original Mobile Suit Gundam (Sayla Mass, Frow Bow, even that brunette with the TINY black eyes)

7, Nadia, from the Secret of Blue Water

8, Ayeka, my least favorite Tenchi girl^_^

9, Queen Barryl, from Sailor Moon

10, Haruka Ten'oh, (AKA Sailor Uranus) also from Sailor Moon

1.utena and that bronw skinned purple haired girl. Those are horrible character designs

2. Any of the coneheaded dragon ball z girls.

3.Faye valentine

4.Ifurita in the original El hazard oavs

I wouldn't say Utena is ugly, but whoever that purple-haird (and four-eyed) freind of hers is, she dose appear skanky
