Well i joined in a couple of days ago and i've been dling AMVs (from links in here and in Kazaa) like crazy, it's really made my life better (and funnier, brighter, like rainbows Oh my GOD!!) ok ok, I shut up. I just wanted to drop a line to my favorite AMVs so far (yes I'll drop an opinion directly to each one,......later)

My best overall best video award goes to [drum roll]:

Studio Project PANDA's Session 01

Song: Rammstein - Feuer Frei

Anime: Gundam Wing Endless Waltz

The Why:

· Perfect Lip synchronization
· All scenes really fit the song and the mood
· Great beat synch, not perfect dough
· Killer Ending, best of the best of the L33t!!

Second Place goes to [double Drum Roll]:

Ploop Production's (Adam Lee) Unnamed Video (Really, it doesn't appear in the video)

Song: The Laziest Men on Mars - Invasion of the Gabber robots (you must listen to this if AYBABTU means anything to you)

Anime: Gundam Wing Endless Waltz (It's coincidence I swear!, i'm not a GW geek or biased to any AMV done with it, it's true!! [Not joking here]

The Why:

· Ultra perfect lip synchRONIZATION at intro
· Moderate to good beat synch
· The song it's so darn ""special""
· Song fits most of the scenes
· Overall I don't tired of watching this one

Third and Last ('Tis getting long, yeah, I don't read long threads either 8) )

Shonen Productions' Evangelion Opus

Song: Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody (or whatever)

Anime: Shinseiki Evangelion

The Why:

· Scenes match almost perfectly all the time
· Heavy Analog/Digital editing, like having the 4:3 and 16:9 formats fit the same size screen all the time (Not a clue in hell how he pulled that off)

· Killer special effects, like the green crosses of The End and last scene of ep 26 overlaid, just simply mesmerizing
· Almost perfect Lip synch
· Almost prfect beat Synch

Hell this one would be in No. 1 by far if it wasn't that so much effot was put into it and that everybody else recohnized it, oh well gotta open space for the amteurish type of AMV, but reallythis one takes all the.......Mmmm......err...........ahh!.....no..... well whatever they're giving away as a reward for making a profesional looking AMV,

Special note: I hate tainted Donuts

The Why:

· Music matches scenes for the first 30, after that the whoever made it got lazy
· Futile Lip synch, like 3 lip synchs on the whole video, much more could have been done
· A CB ep was about Capturing Vash, the video would have been original if half of the ep wouldn't be in the video
· Half Baked overall

Baka, now Golden Saucer is what you call a true AMV otaku. I think it's good that he leaves his opinions on the vides in the Forum.

It would be like saying there should be no, "Favorite videos" topic, with a brief explanation of why they like it.
