Wisdom can be found in odd places. South Park of all things has some pretty good lessons.

im agnostic, but i believe the princibles of buddhism are the best. for the most part, i agree with Flint over there.

I guess if I need to be labled as something, than an agnostic is the closest thing to the mark. I'm surprised at the absolute lack of faith in this forum though. I remember there being a lot of people protecting the holy bible in past discussions. You guys aren't hiding out there, are you *squints and glances around*

pentecostal christian.....I don't see the point in all these religions...how many christianities r there!? all religions believe in God..THEY JUST HAVE DIFFERENT NAMES

Agnostic is actually just the dissbeliefe in orginized religion. You beleve there is something, your not sure what (who is though), but you are most certainly not Athiest.

I'm not gonna make ANY statements about other religions because this tends to get people uberpissed but, from where I stand now there is no definite religion to say I subscribe to. The teachings of Esoteric Budhism (not buddhism), Occultism, Theosophy are all interrelated and those are what I buy into.
After going Christian to Post-Modern this is what I've settled on :\
Reasons why I buy into them over previous beliefs and stuff I've read into about other beliefs:
- Directly derived from the roots of all semitic religions. It is also explained that each of which (semitic religion) took pieces of the archaic pie and turned it around into their own religion.
- First set of beliefs I've found that actually makes logical sense in tandem with scientific knowledge and fact
- In relation to the above, gives sensible realistic reasoning for everything in existance, no subjective invisible man-like god orchestrating a universal play
- Don't want to get myself burned but the first 'religion' with actual results in the form of astral projection and telekenesis :] look it up
- It just makes sense :\

If anyone wants me to rough up an explanation of any of the beliefs here like creation of the universe etc I could do it, but it would take a lot of space I'm afraid :\
