I did that awhile back... its not hard if you have a dremel, some plexi and some time to kill.

how about this for out there??
not my case, i got this pic and about 100 more like it off a mate at a lan party..

my case has 3 neons in it, the Leds have all been swaped for superbrites (10,000 MCD) and i'm having a window of my own design cut out.. there is more but i won't go into anymore detail
