I was watching a video that I just recently downloaded (I'm Too Sexy by Duane Johnson for those that care) and a particular scene really piqued my interest for some reason.

Anyone know what this anime is called? Thanks.

That's a scene from Secret of Blue Water (or Nadia of the Mysterious Seas, if you prefer).

The girl is Marie, the guy is Sanson (one of Grandis' henchmen).
