was there or is there another title for that movie, cause i know i used to watch it on sci-fi all the time???

It's actually a series of three OVAs, followed by an offshoot two-parter.

Project A-ko features the alphabetical trio fighting each other as well as a mysterious spaceship and its crew.
Project A-ko 2 has B-ko's father, and the crew of the spaceship mentioned above trying to get back into space.
Project A-ko 3 has a new male character capture C-ko's heart, much to the chagrin of A-ko and B-ko. Oh, and the alien spaceship is now an amusement park.

A-ko the Vs. was the "alternate universe" offshoot that had A-ko and B-ko as bounty hunters. It...wasn't too good.

You forgot the 4th one, titled "FINAL" where A-Ko and B-Ko's teacher is going to marry Kei. However, the alien mothership is on its way to Earth, the goverment is scared to death, and the aliens turn out to be... well.. as goofy as youd expect them to. Their queen frightens me

I think that is an anime I'll pass on, a little to mutch butch dyke for me.

Yeah, I forgot Final...I think I've only seen that one once.

I like to leave it at the first two, and let the others go.

The only bull dyke I'd be worried about in A-ko would be Mari...

Mari was the only good reason to watch that along with the cross dressers. They were the best bit.
