I think most of the fansubbers out there need to learn better ENGLISH before they start waxing Japanese... "You can't do nothing with your sowrd!" Feh.

I complain about this all the time. As a translator and editor, I know damn well that the editors for these groups should damn well be able to catch all the errors that their "no speak english" translators make... ugh...

It's not really the fault of the fansubbing groups as a whole. These things happen usually because of a misunderstanding between the translator and the editor. Also, with leechers always wanting to get the newest fansubs right away, the groups themselves have been acclerating the rate in which they release the fansubs, so the quality of the fansubs themselves may suffer from time to time depending on which group subbed it since some groups are more well-established and efficient than others.

Fansubbing just got boring after awhile.

Besides, it gives me more time to edit instead.
