:?: Does anyone know the name of that movie....with the guy who makes a sword out of his hands, and there is a ninja guy dressed in black short in height, and there is another person who shoots power bullets or something

Your description is weird, but if there is a person that shoots power bullets or something. It could be Scryed, although Scryed is a series and not a movie. o_0 I can't really tell from your description, sorry.

Spirit Gun from what's his face

Nuh-uh, Spirit Sword (Rei-ken, I think) from Kuwabara. Actually, later in the series, he gets a Dimension Sword, which is more powerful. I don't know what he has in the movies (I believe there are two).

Spirit Gun (Rei-gan, I think)from Yusuke.

Great series, sometimes the fights drag on though. Just got the first DVD.
