The best quote is from Sexy Commando Masaru (fansub only, to my knowledge), and it's kind of like Garylisk's:

From the principal, who is posing as a student (female, no less, although he only has a face mask as a disguise), when asked what class he's in:

I guess my favorite quotes are generally from my favorite characters and usually involve something profoundly or dramatic or freaking hysterical. But some animes have such great quotes that I can't limit it to one character. Anyway....

I love that saying, but I like the way she looed on the ground when she said it. That was my favorite episode, all they worried about was comedy, ****spoiler alert***** I just wish that the gang would have seen Mizuho and Kei together. Atleast Ichigo (sp?) say them.
