They've announced an MGS3, although haven't seemed to have started anything really,
but I agree, the ending to MGS2 was, erm, bad. The S3 changing meaning from a reasonably cool idea to a media controlling thing was stupid, as well as Liquid's arm controlling the whole thing. -_-
