XviDwith DivX FourCC

You know, I did everything that the guides said, and it very much says (FourCC Used: DIVX) but for some reason when my friends who dont have XviD try to watch the file its no good. Once they DL XviD all is fine and right in the world, but wihtout it doesnt work.
BTW, just checked, and the file is definately being decoded with XviD, and not DivX, even though I am SURE I am encoding it witht the DIVX FourCC setting.

Go into the Hex Editor of VirtualDub, and open the file. See what it says.
