Maximum avatar file size for offsite hosting...

I was wondering what the max. file size for havin an avatar hosted offsite was. I heard it can be larger then 6kbs.. or is it 6kbs no matter what?

If you host it offsite, it can be bigger than 6kbs.

The 6k limit is the rule for all avatars. The fact that the forum software doesn't prevent a larger avatar as a link doesn't mean you should be using something larger.

soooo :

2125 x 10bytes = 20.7KB
