You really don't have problems playing it at all? I mean have you seen it in full color, go to ign.com and look at the screen shots of castlevania, either one. my screen doesn't look that bright and vibrant 99% of the time. Infact it seems dark and hard to see. When out side you get kind of a yellow glare on the screen that's hard to see through, inside the lighting just doesn't really strike it at the right angle, and it's yellow light (unless you're in a school or office building). the yellow light won't light it up all the way either. But that's how I get my cramps, in my wrists. From bedning the damn thing away from me so it catches light. What games do you hav that you don't have this problem?
Elaborate opinions are opinions nonetheless. But anyhoo, I understand what you mean about full vibrancy, yet I never really feel the need to adjust the thing. Sure, it often looks better when I'm playing on my laptop, (screw the illegal crap, I just needed to play Pokemon Ruby!

) but I've never really had much of a problem. It's always bright enough to play, sometimes the light can catch it so it's not fully bright and vibrant, but reasonably rarely. Perhaps I just don't play the thing enough. I have Golden Sun, SF2 Revival, Bomberman, F-Zero, Advance Wars, Sonic Advance and a couple of others. I haven't really had any problems with any specific games.
Well, my brother will probably get one anyway, he's just like that.
