Is the site dead?
Having not submitted anything here in 4 years, I notice little to no activity. Is the site finally dead or at the very least dying? I hope not. Because while I don't make AMVs as much as I used to I still have a passion for them.

Not dead, but also not exactly working under modern network architecture... because safety first, or summat. Personally I say let's dive back into the good ol' days before web 2.0, but I've been told multiple times that I'm stuck in the past. *shrug*

Re: Is the site dead?
People have been saying that the Site is dead for over a decade now. While daily traffic has decreased, people still check the forums regularly and use them as a resource for AMV contests and events. And when org events like the VCAs and Project Org Editor are going on, you can tell that the org is still alive even though the conversations surrounding it are happening elsewhere. Personally, I like to view the site as the birthplace for the AMV community. Even when people move away, they always still come back home for the holidays.tuxedomarty wrote: ↑Wed Nov 12, 2025 11:02 amHaving not submitted anything here in 4 years, I notice little to no activity.
