YouTube premieres are recorded in Pacific Standard Time, which is used to determine VCA eligibility. And in this case, YouTube lists the premiere as January 1st 2024

Wow that's so bizarre... I'm on the west coast (which should be PST as well right?) and it's always showed as December 31 2023. I asked someone in California and that's what they see too. But now I'm wondering if the reason it didn't get nominated last year is because it shows up as Jan 1 2024 for so many other people...

YouTube Premiere dates are supposed to be standardized across all users, but it seems that's not the case. But either way, I'll officially rule that EST will determine VCA eligibility since YouTube seems to be localizing times based on users.
