What song are you using for your video?

Hehe - polite and formal. =) Ask my girlfriend... she might tell you differently. lol

I will be using a song from Jars of Clay's self-titled album. The title is "Liquid." As some of you may know, Jars of Clay is a Christian group. While I do believe that Trigun carries with it a multitude of religous undertones, I choose not to focus on that with this song.

The chorus reads, "This is the one thing that I know..." To me, the one thing that Vash knows is that, as Rem told him, "No one has the right to take the life of another." I'd really like to communicate his total dedication to this ideal and the pain and struggle that his choice to follow it causes him. In a way, you could almost say that this was Vash's "religion." I know the vid will come out as I plan - I'm just not sure how long it will take to reach that level of perfection.
