Yeah, Kare Kano is a great series. Too bad the ending was soooo horrible!
And what the hell was up with episode 25? Why did they suddenly just decide to do a character profile episode on Kano (one of her Yukino's little sisters)?
It felt like they ended the series right in the middle.

They DID end the series right in the middle. Kare Kano is based on a manga which is much longer than the anime. This is why I refer to studio Gainax as studio Runs-Outta-Money.
