AnimeNEXT 2015 AMV Contest (It's Over!)

With five weeks to go before the deadline, we're ahead of last year -- but we have not received video files for just under half of the entries so far. As of 10 P.M. EDT on 3/29/15, I only have complete submissions from the following entrants:

If you entered the contest but do not see your name on this list, then please get your video(s) uploaded as soon as possible, using the link from your confirmation e-mail. If the upload form did not work for you for any reason, then please e-mail me to request an FTP account -- I have a 5-hour exam shortly before the contest deadline and may not be in any condition to grant FTP requests promptly.
(Also, I have opened 4 FTP accounts for people who requested them, but have only received video(s) for one so far.)

At this point, all videos that we've received have been checked and are properly playable (or were recoded to be such). If your name isn't on this list, we haven't received your video(s) yet.

I should warn everyone that, due to the increased volume of entries this year, I expect to be stricter with disqualifying videos... especially as the deadline gets nearer and I have less time to check for DQing elements/process re-submissions before the prescreening. So please take a moment to make sure your video complies with all the rules (the big one so far has been watermarks/logos!) before sending it to us.

Whenever i try and send something in, the upload always freezes around half way through -.- is there any way i can upload it to a filesharing site and send it to you?

Rule #17 (How to Submit Your Entry) states that:

We will not accept direct links from file storage websites such as RapidShare, MediaFire, YouSendIt, etc. or from your own webspace, nor will we allow file transfers over services such as IRC or AOLIM.

As the website says, anyone who runs into similar upload problems should e-mail us to request an FTP account.

Sephirothskr, your FTP account is still open (I re-sent you the info on March 5 as per your request upthread). Matt, I have just opened one for you; check your e-mail for the login info.

I have been trying to upload my amvs and I keep getting the 505 error as well. I don't have access to any other internet than my mine internet. I will keep trying though. I can't send it through medifire and such right? so i gotta stick with this server and hope it gets through. It seems I am not the only one in this boat though T^T
