Adobe Premiere - Audio Frame Rate - Calculation

I'm working on an Adobe Premiere external plugin which need to change the premiere project xml file but I'm getting stuck with the element <AudioFrameRate> and <FrameRate> in <AudioClip>.

I need to figure out the calculation for those 'FrameRate' of Audio relative elements so that I can program the plugin to automatically change those fields.

Don't konw how to get the 'FrameRate' such as the example below.
e.g
<AudioClip>
...
<FrameRate>5760000</FrameRate>
...
</AudioClip>

I'm a beginner in audio/video encoding things, I think this question may be a piece of cake for you.
I'd be thankful for any post and any advise for it. Thanks in advance!
