Tokyo Majin if you haven't already included it (as I mentioned before it's a horror anime so it's pretty dark), Darker Than Black is pretty dark in some parts in season 1 at least, Durarara!! has some pretty dark moments in it, maybe High School of The Dead (though you may have to edit around some stuff if you want to avoid fan service-y moments)
