The group that annoys me most is Shinji/Asuka fans. However, of the two choices you provided, I think the newnies are worse. But then again, I've never met an OtakuNazi.

you know what ... ive NEVER seen a hot female otaku ... i cant say im much of a winner myself .. but damn man .. to some of these girls i see in the mall and at school .. they need to learn about things like showers .... and brushing their hair.

The fans the get to me the most are the fans that are stuck on just one anime. for example most moonie, the dbz people and the ones that worship eva as the best anime ever....

the newbies are bother some but they are easy to deal with because most of them just want to learn more about anime so they quickly become a nonnewbie.
