Sound Forge vs Adobe Audition

Hi, I am wondering of doing a little bit of editing to my AMV music. Also some Muxing & syncing to the Anime files which doesn't have Eng Audio with Eng Audio to create Dual file. So , which one should I chose. I know both of this are top product but I want to learn only one. In other worlds, if in the future I find that the one I am using can't do something that I need it to do but the other one can then that would Piss me off!!! So, I wanted to know which one of this a better choice in your opinion & why?? Plz let me know.
PS:I have used Photo Shop& After effects but not that used to them yet. On the other hand I am pretty used to Sony Vegas
