New AMV Contest! Newcon 3 (Portland, OR)

Hello:

After running the Kumoricon AMV Contest for 10 years,
I am now moving to a new, small, but fast-growing convention
called NewCon.* This is their third year and I will also be running
other multimedia contests (and other video programming) as well.

and I expect to be posting AMV categories.

(* Also, I have an "IRL" job conflict coming up and I need to nail that over summer 2014...)

I will also post the categories here on this thread too.
