New member here to introduce himself.
Hello, my name's KhayotiK, and I would just like to introduce myself to the masses. I am a somewhat new member who has not really said or done anything spectacular yet, so I thought I'd start off with letting people know who I am, yet introductions are somewhat bland, aren't they? I'm just another person you will probably grow to hate (or maybe love, depending on your sense of humor) and I thought I would let you know I am out there and you will see more of me. I have done a couple project videos, nothing that I am willing to put up, it has been more of a learning experience with Adobe Premiere so far. Not until recently have I done much editing of my own footage to use with video making, and I must say that the videos seem to turn out much nicer when you get to choose exactly what footage to use, compared to what footage is available. If you are reading this, then it doesn't really matter whether you reply or not, for I am sure we will cross paths in a different topic somewhere.

Actually, I'll be nice to this one since KhayotiK actually seems to have taken some time and effort into writing that post...unlike the usual..."Hi I'm new kill me" sort of intro threads we usually get.
As such, KhayotiK, is under the watchful eye of the Saikyo-Ryo dojo...
Anywho, KhayotiK, take your time gettin adjusted around here. Browse the various forums, stay out of the n00b kitchen, and above all keep a good sense of humor and patience about you and you'll survive n00bidom in one piece.

Wyklith and RANMA have a thread entitled n00b kitchen in "Way Off Topic"...all they do there is eat defenseless n00bs who wander in...so it is best that n00bs avoid posting to that particular thread 'cause all they are doing is asking for trouble.
Additionally...if you want to avoid lookin' the fool...take time to read over a thread before posting to it...especially if the thread seems to be going in a serious direction. n00b posters seem to draw flames faster than dry grass on this forum, but you seem to be a thinker so you'll be fine. And so long as you don't go out of your way to aggrivate me too much, I'll act like I like you which might fend off all but the most bitter of n00b haters.
Anyway...what sort of vids have you been working on in the past?

DBZ stuff, only because it was accessable, and available in bunches. Recently I've been working on a Vampire Hunter D video with the song being "Dracula" from Gorillaz. I should probably put that in my vids, but seeing as I don't want to put anything up unless I can give it out, I've decided not to even really touch that area until I have cable in January. Thanks again, though, for the heads up. Never a good idea to pick a fight with the top dogs when you're not even a part of the pack, so to speak. I have been more involved with emulation forums, but seeing as how that gets old rather fast I thought I'd go somewhere that isn't so underground. No matter where you go, though, there will always be dumb nOObs, either asking for help that is a little too obvious, or promoting something that isn't worth the time. And I am just glad to be something a little bit less annoying. (Hopefully, anyway. lol)
