A bit of an announcement~
This won't be put in place until next year but it has been decided that if you drop from the tournament THIS year without informing me beforehand so I can notify the next person in line who would have had your spot, the only way you can sign up NEXT year is if there is a drop.
What does that mean exactly? Well, you're not banned from entering but if you want in then you'll have to work for it by submitting a non-competing video in Round 1 and hoping for a drop yourself. Once more, if you contacted me about your drop prior to the deadline then this does not apply to you, but if you didn't...let's call it poetic justice? :3
