Animes with Fluttering Capes

I'm looking for anime series with characters wearing hooded capes which are fluttering in the wind. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking of the final scene (or one of the final scenes) from Gurren-Lagaan, I hope I'm not mis-remembering it.
