Another source for footage
the general concencus is that that if it is licenced and on DVD you use those. But is it good or bad to use RAW footage of unreleased animes or animes where the people that licenced it are taking their damned sweet time to get the DVD's out?
So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab

Are you talking about using region 2 DVDs, or are you talking about personal television rips?

Buy a moderately old DVD player for your computer and then hack the firmware. That takes care of your player problem. Second, you dont need connections, there are plenty of retailers who import. Somebody back me up on this, Ive never had to import but I know they exist.CaTaClYsM wrote:how the hell am I supposed to imort the DVD? wouldn't you need conections in japan to pull that kind of crap off? not to mention needing a region 2 dvd player, where the hell would I get one of those?
