Oh my word! How long did that take you to make? Was it very difficult? I must say that it is certainly teh sweetness.

I often speak in hyperbole. But seriously, I really like it! Also...I really like yours as well, Noxious Orchid!

How'd you do the ripples and grids? Use pre-done PSP7 thingies? I use CorelPaint 9, when I got it, I realised I'd just moved up to a higher plane of existence... :D .

I'll probably make a new sig soon, this one was strung together from random images really quickly...

My guess is paths were used for the geometric shapes.

A pattern was made to make the grid.

Then a gradient mask was added on top of that.

The text was easily, the text tool. Rasterized.

A "interlaced" pattern mask applied on top of that and then deleted, so it looks like parts are missing.

As for the background X_x not sure...

Of course I could not have any clue on how it was made.

i used about 4 filters on my whole sig, the grid was one. the blur to the left was one, i used a chrome once, and i used find edges towards the top-middle. thats it. the rest was all done legit, no random filters and gradients.

Argh, I haven't used PSP for over a year. So I have little to no idea what you're talking about. What do you mean 'legit'?

lol, i have a very small knowlege o photoshop. i have only used a path once before, and the others i couldnt do unless told how.... the background was made with some gradients, merged, copied then chromed, gave it a pin light setting, and used a levels adjustment layer.
then i flattened it all, rotated 180 degrees, and set it on multiply....
i just remembered i used a polar coordinates once in the pic, to kindof interlace the background with a copy of itself.

all in all, it really isnt too complex, just good.
