We have had a bad history with YouTube giving us terrible Thumbnails, That was the reasoning for the extended time at the end of our videos. But almost the same day that you posted this reply YouTube started letting everyone "not just the partners" insert custom video Thumbnails. So Now we will no longer be doing the extra time at the end.
