So what you're looking for is basically trailer music, like what Immediate Music puts out in pretty high quantity. But here's a bunch of stuff that incorporates a lot of orchestra, or at least piano and keys, and is composed to be pretty dramatic. It all also contains vocals, but it generally adds to the drama of it all. Most of these are longer songs too.

"The Devil to Pay" by Iced Earth
"When All is Lost" by Symphony X
"Iter Impius" by Pain of Salvation (no hard drums, but very dramatic)
"Morphine Child" by Savatage
"Memento Mori" by Kamelot
"Sentient 6" by Nevermore
