You may want to try the AMV Distro Center. I believe you can get it on CD there. There isn't a downloadble version, I don't think.

Be forewarned, however, the CD at the distro is a VCD, so if your DVD player isn't VCD compatable, you can't watch it easily. I found out the hard way that mine aren't, so I would check your DVD players for VCD compatability before ordering it.
