Sometimes WMV is the only option many AMV makers have. I can't defend his artist labeling though.

WMVs aren't that bad, it just depends on what birate you set them at. I can set mine at 1000 kbs or higher. thats not bad.

wmv9 isnt bad, but most people are using 8
which can only claim superiority to mpeg1, and that isnt saying much
