This was already said but I find the Tekken 4 commercial hilarious, "I hope you slept well, because today, you die. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! *crack*."

Then the little sound he makes when it burns his mouth >D. I couldn't stop laughing.

Blood Wake had a pretty cool commercial. The whole showing of the calmness of the sea, then all the destruction! lol That's one commercial I remember pretty well. Just for you JAOP.

I always wondered about the PS2 commercials. Why is it that they have the PlayStation symbol at the beginning, but then the PS2 symbol at the end? It's a mystery to me, unless I don't know because of my lack of knowledge on the system...

I like the X-Box one, with the ground opening to make an X.

The playstation one at the beginning is like the company name. Its a sub-division under Sony I think and the one at the end for the PS2 logo is for the system.

there was a rare commercial for the x-box that came with a dvd i bought at siggraph 2002. it was called 'mosquito', and had a bunch of mosquitos buzzing around and making music as they went. a bunch of animals came out of the backround and start partying along with them. "in the beginning, we made music. having joyous times while making sweet melodies. then a voice said 'GET A JOB'. so we sucked, and we sucked, and we sucked."
when the announcer says this, the mosquitos start sucking on a bunch of men and women, and one particularly odd scene where it shows a bunch of mosquitos on a hospital blood-pack. after this, it focuses on a small child rolling a toy car on a bunch of dead mosquitos.

"humans, you have a natural gift for playing."

*child looks up*

"don't lose it."

First, that one was never released in America.

And wasn't it banned over there, because it offended some terminally ill people? Something like that.
