i can't upload any amvs

i need help,i looked at the faq ,i went to the members main page ,just to see that there is no,,enter new video,, , i don't know whats wrong,why can't i see the upload option?

Each of the orange links on the left side of the page opens a dropdown set of links. You want to pick the one that says "Editors" and then select "Enter New Video." Once you've entered the information, you'll select "Upload Video" in the same dropdown to upload the video you've entered.
