Video not appearing in list of uploads

I hit 'Enter A New Video' as I always have and went to upload the video but the video was not available in the drop down menu at all. I am not sure what to do to make it appear so I can select it and upload it. Is there anything I can do?

Anime need to be confirmed in order for videos to be uploaded. In your case you listed "Ano Natsu de Matteru" which was an unconfirmed entry.
I have now aliased it to the previously confirmed "Waiting in the Summer (TV)" entry, so you should now be able to upload the video.
