Oh, I found something else out, I thought maybe an easier way to do it would be make a solid, then just generate a circle and add an "Edge Radius" to it.

Because I was trying the masking portion but, whenever I rotated it, the mask would have uneven dimensions, probably due to the fact that I was masking on an uneven resolution.
