No bread, nothing to drink but coffee and hot chocolate, and lots of frozen meat, a little veggies and potatoes. Lots and lots of potatoes. Fun.

Foam mattress + sleeping wrong once (too many pillows? too few?) + being a overweight = you sleep in a poor position and don't know what that position is, and your bed lets you do it. I think i know the correct positions to sleep in for the neck/shoulder pain, but I also have GERD, so some of those positions would be bad for me... like choke to death on your own vomit in your sleep bad.

I've lost 5 kg in the past 3 days because of vomiting caused by headaches. I'm getting too thin and worn out. And still no one's got bloody idea what's the reason.
