Painkillers aren't helping, heat / ice isn't either. My range of motion for my head has dropped to the point where I have to turn my torso to see things. If this gets worse, I won't feel safe driving. This isn't the first time this has happened. Actually went to the doctors last year for it and they couldn'tsay anything was wrong.
You should get a blood test for inflammation or hit up a diagnostician. What you're describing is exactly the pain I was feeling that turned out to be arthritis. (and yes, you CAN be very young and have this old-person disease). >_<
Even if it's not arthritis, you still need to get checked up and find out what's wrong. The level of pain that I was feeling after 3-4 years unchecked completely changed my personality for several years (while quack doctors told me it was all in my head and I was making it up), and I went into a very dark place for a long time, and I'm still not completely mentally through it. The point is, don't put yourself through pain if you can avoid it.
