Under Rated bands

Taproot, definitely. I saw them live with Linkin Park and Alien Ant Farm, right after Linkin Park's original CD came out. They put on a better show than both other bands. The lead singer is one of the most energetic and friendly front men ever. He jumped off the second floor of the club onto the people below, brought someone up on stage, and even stopped the show when someone fell up front and couldn't get up. He walked through the crowd, and pushed my friend's glasses back up on his nose. I own their two albums, and they both rock!

I don't know if I'll ever understand this. What's the reasoning behind bashing the band whenever the opportunity arises? I'll admit, I am a Linkin Park fan, but I wouldn't call them underrated (although with all the outspoken hatred of the group here I can see why someone might list them). Anyway, I agree with Iratus on Taproot being underrated, they're one of my favorite groups but they really don't get all that much recognition (from what I see anyway). And yes, they have an absolutely oustanding stage presence, they put on a VERY fun show.[/quote]

Pearl jam isnt a under rated band either, the grunge era passed out a long time ago. But their new cd is selling decently.

I forgot about Ben Folds Five, Jim's Big Ego, and The Boomtown Rats (Bob Geldof's band: the guy who played Pink in The Wall)
