Never been myself, but it's funny how many of the same places you were as my brother when he was in Japan (and he's heading back there soon). Lots of imagery looked very familiar indeed. When you were in Japan, you weren't an exchange student at Kansai Gaidai by any chance, were you?
Two friends of mine are actually students there but I'm not :) I did spent quite a long time in Osaka though, that's probably why a lot of places look familiar. Is your brother an exchange student at Kansai Gaidai as well?

Since I was backpacking and carrying 25kg allready, I only brought my 24-105mm lense ^^ Everything was shot on the 5D MKII btw

I really liked it, beautiful country indeed.
Wonderfully put together, only let-down was the blended frames and the from time to time shakey camera.

But still, great work!

Wait, this used a MK II? That's... pretty non-impressive compared to what I've seen the Mk II produce otherwise :o
No offence to the photographer!

Still I figured he was on a 60D tops. It sort of didn't differ from what I'd capture with my 550D (yeah, I need an upgrade).
Once again, still pretty footage. I want to go to Japan already. *Waits for 2013*
