Sorry taking such a long time to post, but as I told you numerous times, I love this video. Definitely my favourite from Connichi and one of my favourites from AWA Pro - kinda sad it didn't get into the finalists there.
It did have some slight beatsync issues and weird rotoscoping choices that irk me, but those were really minor. Also, kickass music choice, I think I wouldn't like this so much if you would've used some techno / trance / dnb like everyone does to Macross F.

Can't always make it for all cons, can we? Maybe next year again together at JE :D
AimoAio wrote:I was quite impressed with the editing for this when I saw it during AWA Pro. The sync is awesome but I didn't really like some of your masks near the beginning since they felt a little rough, especially that one of Alto around 0:30ish. Just looked...so weird to me. And I didn't really see much of a concept except from ships shooting monsters and Sheryl singing but then I guess that's what the film was about so it's not really your problem. ;) Great job anyway and congrats on the win!
Thanks so much. Glad you liked it! :D
Taite wrote:I had hoped that the part at :10-12 would have been incorporated further into the amv, but it just ended up being kind of random, considering Ranka was hardly in there ):
The relationship towards ranka will play a bigger part in the final video. Thanks for watching and sharing your opinion.

I still have a soft spot for Now or Never.......
Rxcuse me but i don't get the last part. What do you mean. Anyway thanks for comment.
Chained(E)Studio wrote:Nice! I seen this up on News just the other day. I really liked it, however, I did feel for the type of song it was and how it was edited it did get on a little long for me : ). Congrats on your placings though!!!
Thanks!

Thanks for the honest comment. Glad i only had to force you twice this time. I hope for you to first see it at connichi but we know how that ended :/
Anyway thanks man. We shall travel again!!

Awesome. Especially from my point of view since I can't edit things the way you do. So yeah, excellent action AMV, it is random but hey, this is how action amvs work lol.

My thoughts exactly! You do have a really good editing style though, and it certainly worked well here
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I so much try to build a red line to not confuse the viewer while watching but i guess everything besides romance can be seen as random. Anyway watch the film in case you haven't already. I tried to follow the plot as much as possible. Thanks for reply!!
