There are pros and cons to either. Alphabetical and whatnot.
I say Ctrl+Alt+Del if only because that's the order I hit the keys in.

Isn't this what the general reason why people are used to saying this way, because that is normally in what order you tend to press the keys in. This is one of those things where EVERYONE says it the other way but I say it "wrong". My coworkers point this out to me all the time. It's interesting really. Not sure why or when I started saying it that way but I seem to be the only one that says like that on a constant bases.

She had an interesting way of pronouncing "saran wrap" and "Sacajawea" which were "say-ran wrap" and "Sa-kaka-wea"
