This is true, I've had videos this year DQed a couple of times at other conventions based on the content...

So, Patrick, for those of us that chose not to send in for Pro this year, how can we see the list of entries that were sent for Pro? (And the ones for Expo too, for that matter?) It used to be that we'd go to awa-vat.org and sign in that way, but this is a whole new bag this year.

Very silly.

I thought your best efforts were sufficient within an R.

The finalists fit actually most part of the categories. The videos I voted just after the categorie nomination are often in the finalists.

The sentimental categorie is maybe the one where the finalists are no obvious. But actually I never understand the difference between sentimental and romance :p

So good luck to the finalists.

TBH, as has already been stated, even without the censoring from what I remember would be ok in R. I've seen R movies that have gone much farther then that. It's what used to watch as a kid before I got the internets. I wouldn't mind seeing an un-censored version TBH.

I still need to finish up my judging, but I must say the lack of #20 is making it hard to actually pick best comedy....

Pro has been pretty good, will be interesting to see the results, but I'm also interested in all 3 because I sent something in to each of them, lol... :shark:

I made the Avatar video. I'm not surprised it didn't make finals, it's pretty cliche editing and to rap nonetheless. i made/entered it moreso to give Avatar some exposure. i only discovered the series recently and was really impressed with it.
