It's been a year since a series of events began that ended with me being torn apart and angry at the world. Every time I think I'm beginning to be OK, some small thing snaps me back to wishing I had done things differently. I've made my fair share of mistakes, but I can't picture a time when this one won't still haunt me. Maybe it will work out in the long run, maybe it won't. I just have no way of knowing. All I can do is pray and hope that things will either turn around, or I'll know when enough is enough. But for now, I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere...

This heat is a bitch. Today I'm working on some rich guy's boat down at the harbour, installing dvd players and such in the cabin and radio, sub, amp and speakers above deck. Tomorrow I'm reshingling the roof. Fuck 35 degree weather.

Just be glad it's only 35. Earlier this week we had 31, but staggering humidity taking the heat index up in the 48-49 range...

My face broke out in rashes due to an allergic reaction to dust I've accumulated while cleaning. This has happened before, but it takes a week to heal and I still have to go into work.

I will probably go back to work on Tuesday and violently attack several of my co-workers with a stuffed animal. >:/

I found out today that they blamed ME for a holdup on somebody's taxes DESPITE the fact that I've had my part of that work done FOR A WEEK AND SITTING ON THEIR DESKS WAITING FOR THEIR LAZY ASSES TO FINISH THEIR PARTS. They told the CLIENT that it was MY [by name] fault, and that they should call me to figure it out. [Which they did on my cell phone in the middle of my day off and IN a very nice restaurant. I was very polite and explained that my part was finished and that there must be some confusion to the issue, but that I would get it fixed immediately]

This is a huge-ass client that can RUIN my reputation in the accounting field. I called my boss and let him know that I was PISSED and I wanted something done about it. He verified that my part was done on the computer and was going to tell the client that my work was completed.

What's worse is that these are people who's asses I have covered MULTIPLE times and covered MANY shifts for them and done their payroll so they can go to lunch early.

Oh I'm sorry? You're child is getting an excellence award? Your computer is slowing down? Your internet has been disconnected? SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS. Go get somebody else to do your crap from now on. >:|

Got parts for a footage server on monday. Came down with food poisoning soon after, so it's all been sitting in a pile since monday. Case was open and apart on the floor all week, and i apparently stepped on the edge of it and bent the door so it won't go back on right anymore. Swore up a storm about that then realized the power supply has one fewer molex connector than I need to apply all 3 molex to 2x SATA splitters. There is a SATA power slot in its place. That means I have 8 SATA devices with only enough ends for 7 of them.
