Requesting some help finding a utility.

Hello, I need some help finding a command line utility that comes with the Windows 2000 Resource Kit. It's called NTrights.exe. While I was in an insomnia induced stupor, I added the 'Users' group to 'Deny Logon Locally' in an attempt to keep the users in that group from logging on. Just as I restarted I realized Administrators are Users too, and lo and behold, I had locked myself out of my own system. (Never change NT Security settings while you're 'not all there'

) Anyway, I'm having a hell of a time finding anywhere to download this little utility, and I need it desperately. If anyone could send it to me or point me to a place I could download it it would be very appreciated, I'll review your videos, or help you out in any way I can. Thanks.

P.S. This is NOT the NTrights.exe that Novell offers on their web site.

Microsoft does not make this download available on their Web site (see http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/te ... _tools.asp).

God only knows why.
