Love Song (Sailor Moon AMV)

Post by nyunyuelf » Mon Jun 13, 2011 10:14 pm

This was my 3rd AMV made with Windows Movie Maker. The song is beautiful and the lyrics have meaning that bring to mind Sailor Moon (for me). It's not perfect; one of my beginner projects (still a beginner LOL) Please enjoy and critique/comment appropriately. Thank You ^^

Hmmm.....I think your timing and general editing isn't too bad.

Maybe some more fades.....

the only problem I have is that you overused the openings. I think it should have been more of a love story. WMM is great for putting videos into becasue it seperates them and creates the clips for you.

Other than the attrocious image quality, it's a good video... but it seems like you might have just strung together a few barely edited opening/losing title sequences (I haven't seen enough Sailor Moon to know for sure). Since I'm not sure whether that is the case, I don't know how to rate it :P

 x2

I actually got surprised, it wasn't that bad, I liked it :D but i'd like to see more movement, less opening footage, and at times more scene changing. Also it's a bit too long.

I appreciate all the comment/critiques ^^ I am a big fan of the openings, and I try to make AMVs from OP/ED. I had no idea that so many people were against using them, though. I am lazy in the aspect of trying to use actual show footage because it takes too long to download and split up. In the future I might attempt to do just that. Thank you guys :)

More effort and time put into an AMV usually= a better AMV.
