I can't believe that this thread got 5 pages of responses in less than 3 hours. As someone who also runs AMV contests and events, I'm kinda jealous.

AX is the biggest US con.... so it's kind of a big deal.

Just took a look at the schedule, it looks like the contest will be Concourse Hall with a theater capacity of 3,000 a bit less than the Nokia's 7,000+

That is because Miku will be in the middle of set up for her performance on day 2.
The next largest room is Concourse. so thats where we put it.

Shouldn't be an issue. You sure you aren't confusing it with Petree hall? we had that problem in Petree hall in 2008.
