Corporate BS.

You see, we got attendance points everytime you call out, are late etc...get 12 points and you're fired. However, for some reasons our systems give us points out the ass for no reason whatsoever. It's our supervisor's job to go in and clean these points out every week.

We just switched teams and I got a new sup. He got an email last night with a long list of people with more than 12 points that he had to fire. I was on the list. He reviewed my points and found a ton of invalid crap that was never cleaned by my previous incompetent supervisor. He tried to talk management into letting him clear them out, but they were obviously on a mission to clean house because they wouldn't let him. He went to fire me but managed to sneak in a letter of resignation for me behind the bigwigs backs, saving my clean record. In addition, he typed up a kick ass letter of recommendation that he would've been fired for if seen typing up.

tldr; I got let go due to someone else's carelessness.

I'm not happy and pretty upset, but I'm not going to be bitter. ACS Inc, A Xerox Company can shove it up their asses.

Unless something drastically changes, I'll end up having to cut ties with someone I've known for several years now, seeing as she only has time for me whenever she needs something. She also decides to get bent out of shape over an honest compliment and acts like I'm trying to get in her pants and goes into the whole "you're like a brother to me" routine. And this is after she flat out lied to me about not being able to swing airfare to join me for a mutual friend's wedding this past weekend. She mysteriously had airfare and then some to go to a music festival that same weekend and act like a drunken whore on the beach.

tl;dr - I'm sick of the bullshit.

Hey Yue, seeing as incompetent supervisors are what make call-center work truly horrible and part of the reason I was fired from one, what are my chances of success if I were to try getting payback for the both of us by taking a shit on the idiot sup's desk? =P
