crumpling of paper and/or speaking to the audience

I'm looking for a scene where:

1.) someone crumples page of paper then throws it away and then takes out a new page of paper
2.) Where there is someone on a stage with mic trying to reason with someone (or with the audience)

1) maybe bakuman, but dont remember what episode, I will look later when I arrived at my house
2)something like a speech? Baka to Test Shoukanjuu has something similar to the character principial often speaks to the whole class, full metal panic too, also in Kannagi the characters go to a karaoke and sing maybe you can make masks and use them.

crinkling paper:
School Rumble, the character does it a bunch of times. It must be one of the first few eps cuz that's all I watched of it.
I feel like I've seen this a bunch of times, but that's the only one I can think of now. Will post if more come to me.
