Ok two questions to start. Can I not upload my videos if they haven't been premiered at a con?? Can I not upload my video because its Avatar the Last Airbender? I would think Avatar should get some recognition as a Honorary Anime since I see so many cosplayers at Cons.
If both these are true where can I upload my Avatar AMV thats not YouTube??

You can upload your AMVs any time after you finish it. The "premiere date" thing is meant to be more of a "when did you first show someone this completed video" thing, but premiere date is shorter. In your case (and most other cases), the premiere date would be whatever day you make the catalog entry.
